Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery:
Free ground shipping for orders greater than $150 in Continental USA. Express shipping reduces transit time, but it does not reduce the Lead Time listed on product page. Please check product Lead Time. Orders after 2pm CT are processed next business day. The Label Roll Company does its best to process and ship all orders within 2 business days for in-stock items and 7 business days for back ordered items. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update. All orders are processed and shipped FOB Origin, meaning that once the package leaves the Label Roll Company facility, the customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment. 

Shipping Insurance & Liability:
All orders are shipped uninsured by default. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please contact Label Roll Company at the time you place your order. Additional charges will apply. Label Roll Company is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier unless shipping insurance was purchased. If your package is lost or damaged and you did not purchase insurance, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Signature Requirement:
Available upon request. All orders are shipped without signature required by default.

International Shipping:
Label Roll Company currently ships to addresses within the United States & Canada only. We do not offer additional international shipping at this time.
