Shipping policy

Shipping & Delivery:
All orders are processed and shipped FOB Origin, meaning that once the package leaves the Label Roll Company facility, the customer assumes full responsibility for the shipment. The Label Roll Company does its best to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days for in-stock items and 7 to 10 business days for backordered items. Order cutoff for same day shipping is 2 pm CST. Applies only to items we have in stock. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Insurance & Liability:
All orders are shipped uninsured by default. If you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please contact Label Roll Company at the time you place your order. Additional charges will apply. Label Roll Company is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier unless shipping insurance was purchased. If your package is lost or damaged and you did not purchase insurance, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Signature Requirement:
Available upon request. All orders are shipped without signature required by default.

International Shipping:
Label Roll Company currently ships to addresses within the United States & Canada only. We do not offer additional international shipping at this time.
